The skills that have been learned thru the work give me a very good understanding of each job, client and the needs and expectations to be meet. Have built timber frame and Log houses, in a number of states, from the first shovel in the ground to finish, also used heavy equipment (backhoes, bobcats, trenchers, etc., I love what I do.). I am a very skilled finish carpenter that can do very intricate work. I have all of my own tools. I started in local 3 IBEW (electrical) apprentice program in N.Y. (Mid 70s) I have installed fixtures and run wire in both residential and commercial. Am knowledgeable of new and green construction techniques. Have used SIPs panels, ICF foundations and installed tankless hot water systems, radiant floor heating and pex tubing in residential homes. Have both RRP and LDST for lead removal. Have AAA security clearance. When its time to have fun I build and sail RC boats and fly RC helicopters
