I am very serious about this business of helping first time homebuyers find their perfect home. My passion goes beyond the financial reward, it is more of self fulfillment that a person and a family who used to just dream of owning a home, had fulfilled that dream because I was there with them. I can not forget this one sale where when I handed the keys to the buyer, a single mom, she was just in tears..it was the best thing that happened to her! <br /><br />And then there are those distressed homeowners...patiently I have worked with them, negotiated with the bank and made it happen...short sale approved and closed. I had a client, with the military, a nice young man I only met thru my website. Halfway thru the short sale, he sort of "disappeared". He got tired and was giving up. I remember our conversation when I told him "I am more involved in your home than you are" and he goes" really?" that's all it took and we worked closely together.
