Based on several years of successful investing, Robert was approached by friends and family to share his expertise in real estate investing in the Las Vegas market. Robert used this opportunity to join longtime friend, business partner and fellow investor, Richard Crighton at Crighton Real Estate Holdings and obtained his Real Estate Broker/Salesman License. Since 2004 he has been assisting real estate investors in negotiating successful real estate transactions across the great Las Vegas Valley. He has experience in, but not limited to, residential investing, commercial real estate advising, loss mitigation, rehabilitating apartment buildings and homes, high rise transactions, creative financing (AITD's, Contract of Sale, Owner Will Carry, etc). Robert has exercised his fundamental knowledge of loss mitigation, in combination with business acumen, to lead the charge in assisting homeowners with Loan Modifications and Short sales far before the concept became a household name. Robert is now working with his real estate team to help homeowner's sell their homes via short sales or traditional sales, help buyers from savvy investors to first time homebuyers purchase property throughout Las Vegas, and assist people that are looking for rental homes in Las Vegas.<br/><br/>Robert's most recent achievement is the expansion to his home away from home in<strong>Massachusetts</strong>. Robert has a very large family spread all over New England and has traveled to many parts of New England several times a year for his entire life. In Febuary of 2014 Robert recieved his<strong>Massachusetts</strong><strong>Real Estate Broker's License</strong>and is now able to assist clients, family, and friends with their real estate needs in<strong>Massachusetts,</strong>including but not limited to Residential buying, selling, and leasing. It brings Robert great joy to be able to continue to expand his real estate business and pursue his passion of real estate all while being able to spend more time with his east coast family.
