<br />A native of Houston, Oscar graduated from prestigious Rice University, earning a dual BA degree in Economics and Managerial Studies. Shortly after college, Oscar began an eight-year investment banking career as an equity research analyst and consultant, specializing in oilfield services, with various Wall Street firms such as Lehman Brothers and Simmons & Company International. During his investment banking career, which took him to New York and overseas frequently, he played an integral role in billions of dollars of equity offerings and mergers.

<br />Being a native Houstonian has given Oscar knowledge of many of the city’s diverse communities and coupled with his background in the financial markets made him a natural for the world of real estate. Oscar has received recognition as a Monthly Top Producer for Listing and Closed Volume and serves on his office’s Agent Leadership Council as well as Keller Williams’ Citywide Agent Leadership Council which sets policies and goals for the organization. Oscar places an importance on continuing education and has earned several industry designations such as Accredited Buyers’ Representative, Accredited Sellers’ Representative and Certified Negotiation Expert.
