A Boston resident since 1984, Nancy became a Charlestown resident in 1998 and joined the Charlestown office of Hammond Residential in 2002 where she quickly established herself as one of the firm’s leading agents. Nancy has been The Market Leader in Charlestown sales volume for the years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. In addition, she has been ranked among the top 20 agents in Boston since 2009, and among the top 10 for 2012 and 2013. In 2013 the Massachusetts Association of Realtors selected Nancy as a speaker/panel member at its “Top Producer” panel at the 2013 State Convention.<br /><br />A graduate of Northeastern University, Nancy worked in the high tech industry for 16 years, managing a national account sales force and negotiating on a regular basis with Fortune 500 CEO’s and CIO’s. The valuable business experience she has gained over the past 28 years, combined with IBM’s world renowned sales training, has enabled Nancy to develop the skills to deliver the highest possible level of professional service and expertise in every transaction she manages.<br /><br />Well-versed in all phases of home construction, Nancy has bought and sold several Charlestown properties and has completed the total renovation of a brick townhouse. She has also acted as consultant and advisor to several local developers.
