Philosophy:

Mousoomi Sur, MD graduated from medical school in India, where she practiced before moving to the United States. She completed her residency at Idaho State University Family Medicine in Pocatello and joined St. Luke's Family Health in 2006. Dr. Sur enjoys a broad range of family care services including pediatrics, adolescent care, adult medicine, and geriatrics. She has a particular interest in women's health issues with an emphasis on preventative health care. In addition to routine comprehensive female wellness exams, she offers hormone replacement therapy, contraceptive advice, heart disease prevention, and osteoporosis treatment. She is a certified clinical densitometrist with expertise and training in bone density scanning for screening and management of osteoporosis.
