3) Backpacking in the Sierra mountains in remote off-trail areas with many rugged friends who run circles around me;
4) Teaching therapeutic yoga to yoga teachers in the Bay Area with Niroga Institute, headed up by Bidyut Bose, PhD. ;
5) Visiting and working in Oaxaca, Mexico, where mother Maurine Shipp lived for 18 years, and where there are many contacts, including Paola Sesia, the most hard working and intelligent medical anthropologist I've ever met.
