I am a Nephrologist.However because the kidenys are the most vascular organ in the body, recieve the most blood and contorl the circulation, blood volume, blood prssure and blood creation plus oxygen content, I have migrated into Critical Care Medcine which is the specialty that more properly handles how to maintain th ebalance between oxygen consumtion and oxygen delivery.Life depends on oxygen and that is what I am interested in.
