Philosophy:

I work towards addressing the root causes of illness and disease from a wellness perspective. This primarily involves addressing diet, stress, and hormonal health. Pharmaceuticals are used when necessary for patient safety and maintaining quality of life with the goal of addressing the underlying causes in a way that reduces, and even eliminates, the need for pharmaceutical treatment over time. Hormonal treatment, in particular, needs to be individualized to the patient, not just lab tests.
