Practicing counseling has given me the privilege and honor of being invited into people's lives--their struggles, hopes, challenges and victories. My job is to offer informed, professional support and guidance to individuals and families who are serious about making lasting change in their lives. I am committed to providing counseling that is compassionate, respectful, practical and effective. I am committed to treating the whole person, focusing on emotional and behavioral health with a sensitivity to body and soul. I am committed to using proven approaches and tailoring them to the specific strengths and needs of each uniquely created individual. With more than 10 years of experience working with individuals and families, I have learned to trust the process and the client. Every step of the process is driven by the unique strengths, needs and goals of the individual or family--providing a safe, comfortable environment and setting a healthy pace for growth and recovery.
