McNeil, M.D. was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He received his B. Med. Sc. degree and MD degree from The University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. His training in both Internal Medicine and Allergy and Immunology was at McGill University, Montreal General Hospital. He is also trained in Rheumatology and has additional Allergy and Immunology research training at Scripps Clinic and Research Institute in San Diego, California. He is practicing both at Midwest Allergy and at The Ohio State University. He has been in private practice since 1981.
