Before coming to NCC, Cathy spent ten years treating drug and alcohol concerns as well as inpatient psychiatry. She has assisted teens, adults co-occurring (mental health and addiction) as well as the geropsychiatric population manage their psychiatric medications in a community mental health setting in Vancouver, WA. "My practice is focused on psychiatric medication management and supportive therapy. I see young adults from age 13 as well as adults and the geropsychiatriac populations. I work with a variety of individuals, some of whom are dealing with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Autism, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Schizophrenia." "I believe that psychiatric medications are most effective when used in conjunction with counseling. I encourage clients to be actively engaged in therapy, and I will make every effort to coordinate care with your therapist. My practice is primarily medication management and I am interested in working closely with therapist
