Issues that I help clients with include trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and family relationship difficulties. In a supportive atmosphere, we can work together to increase self awareness, to focus on strengths, and to work toward decreasing the symptoms, issues, or behaviors that brought you to therapy.
