Before becoming a Real Estate Broker, I was an Investor purchasing Property and I worked with lots of different agents. During my experience as an Investor, I realized how important it was to have someone who would take time to work with you and listen to you. After having been a client myself, now that I am an Broker, I can understand the needs of my clients and understand the patience that is required for First Time Home Buyers. Along the way I have made contacts with individuals from Lenders, to Inspectors to Real Estate attorneys, who I work with on a regular basis. This experience allows me to be able to walk clients thru the entire process of pre-approval to closing the deal. Nothing makes me happier than helping someone move into their dream homes. I have been blessed to work with extraordinary clients - like the 88 year old client who was approved for a 30 year mortgage and was a first time home buyer - and also a 65 year old first time home buyer.
