Abstract:
Compounds are disclosed having the general formula R—X—R, wherein Rand Rare biologically active groups, at least one of which is polypeptidic. X is a non-peptidic polymeric group. Rand Rmay be the same or different. Preferred Rand Rgroups are interleukin-1 receptor antagonist, 30 kDa TNF inhibitor, interleukin-2 receptors and CR1 and muteins thereof. Also included are site selectively modified interleukin-1 receptor antagonist and 30 kDa TNF inhibitor.
