Established procedure to systematically report on customer and employee satisfaction levels to senior management through the acquisition of data obtained from survey questionnaires using Likert and semantic differential scale questions.<br/><br/>Prepared weekly and monthly reports for Marketing VP by extracting data from multiple disparate data systems in order to summarize key metrics within the organization's primary product delivery units, sales department, proposals department, call center, and website.<br/><br/>Directed cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis by providing the vision, resources, guidance, and support needed to exceed operational objectives. Areas of oversight included procurement, creative and copy development, market research, database development, interactive media & website development, and media planning.<br/><br/>Completed market basket analysis using association rule learning techniques to uncover combinations of products purchased that exhibited the strongest relationships between one another. Information from this analysis was used to validate existing perceptions about purchase behaviors and to reveal areas where strong relationships were unknown.<br/><br/>Performed split testing to determine if significant differences were achieved in the use of competing direct mail and website designs.<br/><br/>Developed program to automate a substantial portion of the data processing required for the Electronic Product Fulfillment files received from the USPS due to undeliverable mail. The automation saved an estimated 500 man-hours per year.<br/><br/>Piloted a time series analysis project focusing on mobile device traffic to our corporate website determining visitation levels and trend.
