Bill was born and raised on the North Shore of Long Island. He and his wife moved to Cohasset 14 years ago to raise their two school age children. <br/><br/>Bill graduated from Hobart College with a B.A. in American Studies. He began his career in financial services at Smith Barney. After ten plus years in financial services, Bill transitioned to a business intermediary firm, selling closely held businesses. He has also managed his own home improvement company. Most recently, he spent some time as a mortgage loan originator. <br/><br/>His longstanding enthusiasm for real estate and the related economics has been well received by the communities he serves. His knowledge of the local towns, schools and the many public services each town offers will be of great benefit to his clients. <br/><br/>Over the years he has been involved with many local and state organizations including the South Shore Women's Business Network, the Cohasset Soccer Club, Scituate-Cohasset Youth Football, and his two children's classrooms at the Osgood and Deerhill Schools. A member of the Cohasset Yacht Club, Bill has volunteered on the Junior Sailing Committee and was Co-Fleet Captain of the 210 Class.<br/><br/>He enjoys sailing, skiing, hiking, cooking, and carpentry.
