William W. Cheung was born and raised in Queens. Always one for a new adventure, he grew up loving the vast and culturally diverse neighborhoods of the five boroughs and everything that the city has to offer. It’s his love for New York and his knowledge of the city that helps his clients find the right deal in the neighborhoods they’ll be excited to live in.William received his Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University, and a week after graduation, he started his career in real estate with Mark Holdings, a boutique real estate development company in Jericho, Long Island. As a project manager for the firm, he oversaw the construction of luxury houses in the North Shore, as well as the development of the retail center where the first Trader Joe’s in Queens resides.William’s passion for real estate naturally led him to Elegran, where he translates his enthusiasm, work ethic, and attention to detail into fantastic customer service. Finding a new home should be an exciting experience, and William has the knowledge to help his clients buy, sell, or rent with complete confidence. He is definitely a people person who loves helping his clients and ensures that their best interests are always put first. He believes in going above and beyond for his clients in order to exceed their expectations.William spends his free time pursuing his interests in screenwriting, acting, and archery. He always enjoys discovering the hidden gems of New York, including its restaurants, public spaces, and nightlife. One of his favorite places in the city is the Highline.
