Philosophy:
Life can be difficult. Are you or a member of your family feeling alone, unsure, overwhelmed, angry or discouraged? I have been helping people navigate their lives for over 20 years. Therapy is a great way to take "time out"; to take care of you. In an atmosphere of trust and confidence, come to know yourself from new vantage point. Build on your strengths and resources and discover new ones. See challenges, painful loss and times of darkness as part being human, the end of which may lead to growth, wisdom, inner strength and compassion. Cultivate speaking your truth. Be clear and responsible with your feelings. Ask for what you need. Stop giving away your power. Learn to navigate rough terrain with skill; avoid pitfalls; discover new paths that end patterns of thinking, speech and action that sometimes leave you feeling stuck. Life can be difficult and living is an ART. The artist practices. It is my practice to help you to better know yourself and what you want; to support your practice in responding to challenges from a place of strength; with creativity and skill in the present circumstances of your life.
