Ihave been a professional real estate buyer agent since early 2004 andworked in the education field prior to that.The real estate market has been a roller coaster ride for all of us since 2007 and my seven years of experience feels more like 15-20 years. I have handled short sales, foreclosures, and have put together many well crafted offers to purchase property. Over the course of the past seven years I have worked with over 65-70 individual buyers and sellers and each transaction was different and special. Some purchased a single family home, others found the ideal condo, loft, or townhome of their dreams.
