She also advises her patients in proper posture for standing, sitting, sleeping, and any other ergonomic concerns that they have. Her goal is to relieve their pain as soon as possible and get them started with stretching exercises and other home instructions to help them achieve maximum benefit from their treatment in the minimum amount of time.
