Philosophy:
I provide psychotherapy and medication management for adult individuals. I am interested in the whole person. I treat a variety of conditions: depression, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, psychological consequences of major medical illness, relationship issues, codependency, adult children of alcoholics, etc. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic, using psychodynamic and supportive strategies. Therefor, I work in the relationship to address challenges that arise in treatment.
