About:
I started investing in multifamilies in 1999. Rehabbing renting and so on. That turned out pretty good so I went on to doing single family flips. I quit my full time job in '07 and went full time into real estate. I stuck with the rentals as that was what I knew best. At this point the rental agency I manage is among the best in the area. I joined Eastern Mass Real Estate Investment Assoc. and started selling contracts doing short sales and aquiring properties in various way other than conventional purchases. I am the kind that thinks outside the box to get the deals done. I am presently President of Metro South Property Owners Assoc and Mass Rental Housing Sr. V.P. of Southeastern Mass. I enjoy very much what I do day to day, which is Real Estate.
