Philosophy:
Dr. Moo-Young is a highly trained board certified general surgeon with fellowship training in endocrine surgery. She is versed in the advanced techniques of minimally invasive endocrine and oncologic procedures. She is an active researcher with funded studies investigating the role of human anti-tumor immunity and the molecular basis cancer. She is recognized for her expertise in the molecular genetics of cancer as well as teaches in the field of medical ethics. She is an educator who has received recognition for her role as a mentor and role model to others in the medical profession. Her first and primary commitment, however, is providing copmasionate, excellent, and up to date care to all her patients.
