<p>I have been working with The Riggin Group since March of 2011 first as a Leads Manager and now as a Buyer Specialist. In 2012 I successfully closed 31 transactions totaling over $4.6 million in sales volume. A large number of these sales were concentrated in distressed properties, either short sales or foreclosures. I have gained a tremendous amount of experience working with investors and first time home buyers. Working in real estate is something which I have a passion for and I strive to continually better the level of service I provide to my clients.</p><p>My primary focus is to offer the highest level of service I can to my clients. I strive to do this by always continuing to learn more about the business, the "ins-and-outs" of a real estate transaction, and through knowledge of the local area and market. When I am working with someone in sales, I always look for someone who can simplify and communicate, so this is what I offer. I try to remove the stress from moving by cutting out the confusion, and communicating clearly and effectively the next steps involved in a home sale, and how our team, The Riggin Group, is going to get you to the finish line.</p><p>I am a 2010 graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. I hail from a family of Realtors with my grandmothers, mother, aunts, and Uncle all working in the field within the State of Delaware. I began real estate investing when I was 18 and have had an affinity for the workings of real estate ever since.</p>
