I have a passion for working with couples and individuals. I particularly love the challenge of working with couple's and assisting on communication, intimacy, positive conflict, and the various other issues couple's face in all stages of relationship. I also love working with individuals that are wanting to find their own individual power, learn how to create loving boundaries, and freeing themselves of the emotional baggage that tends to create havoc in our lives and relationships, in order to live a fulfilling and passionate life. I have worked with a large variety of issues that cause suffering in life, from sexual trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety and addiction, to life transitions, marital/relationship issues and many various other issues. Counseling is a personal process and I will work with you to create a process that is effective in helping you lead the life you desire.
