Tracy has been in Sales since she was 14 years old and had a paper route with Newsday - she was one of the first female paper carriers for Newsday and has been in Sales ever since. <br /> <br />Prior to entering the Real Estate business Tracy negotiated contracts for Hilton hotels. Utilizing the same skill set she was able to become a top agent even in a down market by finding the opportunites in the marketplace for her clients. She has represented many sellers of luxury short sales and has negotiated deals on bank owned and traditional sales for her buyers that are significantly below market value. <br /> <br />Tracy listens to her clients and takes copious notes. She does not do drip marketing campagins to them as she respects her clients time and privacy.
