All right here in Las Vegas.<br/>Oh did I mention entertainment? 40 golf courses, NHRA, NASCAR, Airshows, Concerts, Baseball, Hockey, Broadway shows, The most Wired City in America, and the list goes on, and on. 5, 5-star restaurants, NFR, PBR, VMA,and the list just won't stopppp...lol The attraction is truly hard to beat.<br/><br/>"ALASKA NATIVES MOVE TO VEGAS..."<br/><br/>Tracy and I moved here with our four children and a Real Estate license in 2002. The kids were partially happy, and partially sad to leave the large extended family in Alaska. Now, 8 years later, one is a graduate of NorthEastern University in Boston, one is a freshman at Boston University, and the youngest two are in Middle and High School. The acedemic, and extra curricular opportunities here are unbelievable! I guess I should be surpised that Music, dance, gymnastics, theatre, and so much more are so prolific here. My sons football coach owns a NASCAR team, daughters band guests include great musicians locally, and friends of the local stars that come to visit regularly. Ever heard of Andre Aghassi? Lives here. Ever hear of Tony Curtis? Lives here. When we were kids a field trip was to the Beach to look at sea creatures. Here a field trip is to the San Diego ZOO, then a ferry to Catalina Island to the Science station, or Flagstaff for Bands Of America, Or Phoenix, or LA, or Salt Lake, or Mammoth, or Big Bear, or Palm springs, or...you get the idea.<br/><br/>We live in Anthem on the South edge of the Las Vegas Valley, but our Real estate Business takes us all over the Valley. We handle transactions from North to South, East to West, and every where in between. High Rise, Single Family, condos,m townhouses, and commercial projects are not a problem.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>Tracy and I are business partners (and we have been married 25 years this coming January), and work with REMAX Associates which is the largest REMAX franchise in the Valley.
