I am the owner/founder of Polaris Family Counseling Services, LLC. The issues I work with include developmental concerns and adjustment problems, e.g., socialization, loss, divorce. I reinforce my work with children by strengthening parenting skills. I collaborate with schools as needed. In my work with adults, I work with individuals and couples evolving through various stages of their lives, whether newly married, considering divorce or dealing with other emotional life changing events. While encouraging my clients to participate fully in the therapy process, I also hold clients accountable for their progress. My goal is to teach clients to work through their past issues & make intentional effort to attract what they desire in life through the power of their thinking & actions. With sensitivity and compassion, I work to help each client build on their strengths and identify solutions to unresolved issues.
