A resident of Guilford, I live with my architect husband and young son and have spent my entire career in and around historic homes. I have personal experience renovating and restoring houses, utilizing 203k loans, applying for tax credits and incentive programs, working within historic districts, and neighborhoods with deed and covenant (HOA) restrictions. I love working with buyers looking for just the right home. I am passionate about architecture and real estate and have served for nearly ten years on the board of the Baltimore Architecture Foundation. I am also the coauthor of "Baltimore Architecture: Then & Now", a book dedicated to the architectural evolution of Baltimore. My other interests include driving an electric car (a 2011 MiEV), going to the farmers market, and discovering new parts of the city.
