Because of this, he has the ability to give sound advice on home building, materials, and insurance, as well as advanced skills in negotiation. As a “people-person,” you will feel at ease with Todd’s demeanor and dedication to his customers. In addition, Todd has worked as a property manager for a large, local property management firm, assisting renters and property owners with all aspects of finding a rental home and coordinating ongoing agreements. <br /><br /> <br /><br />A lifelong Maryland resident, Todd is very familiar with the different areas of the state. While most of his settlements have been in Frederick County, he has sold many homes in Washington County, where he attends church and where many family members and friends reside. In addition, he has sold homes in Montgomery and Carroll counties.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Todd earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Shepherd College. He has been honored with numerous outstanding service awards, a testament to his hard work on behalf of his customers.
