Todd grew up in the town of Southborough, Massachusetts as the son of a contractor with whom he helped build and work on houses for most of his childhood. His passion for real estate is in his DNA. He moved to Boston in 2000 to study music at the Berklee College of Music. <br />Being service oriented, Todd’s career path took him into the hospitality industry where he spent ten years in restaurant management. In 2010, he and his wife purchased a home in Union Square, Somerville, which reconnected him with his passion. He stayed in touch with his agent and was quick to join the Santana Properties Team as their Buyer’s Specialist when the opportunity arose.<br />Todd knows the area well having lived in the Greater Boston Area for over thirteen years and in Massachusetts all of his life. He is an expert in the Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville areas with additional experience in Medford, Brookline, Newton, and Watertown. His specialties are first time home buyers and investors looking for multi-unit opportunities.<br /><br />In his spare time, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, playing music in his band, racing in triathlons, and watching documentaries.
