Todd Held has been referred to over and over as a “Professional”<br />who “pays attention to details” and shows that he cares about what<br />his clients want. To show this, he has earned the designations of<br />CRS – Certified Residential Specialist and ABR – Accredited Buyer<br />Representative.<br />CRS is a nationally recognized designation which fewer than 4%<br />of all Realtors across the United States hold. In order to gain<br />the CRS designation, Todd had to have at least $25 million in<br />sales in 5 consecutive years. In addition, he attends Real Estate<br />continuing education classes and abides by the strict Realtor<br />Code of Ethics.<br />The ABR designation is awarded by REBAC, Real Estate Buyer’s<br />Agent Council, for those individuals who have met specific<br />education and experience requirements. To obtain this title,<br />Todd completed extensive training on buyer agency practices and<br />procedures, and submitted evidence of practical experience as<br />a buyer’s representative. Todd has dedicated himself to making<br />sure that your best interests are his number one priority.<br />Todd is a member of the Anchorage Home Builder’s Association.<br />He has won an award from the association for high volume sales<br />in new construction. Todd helps people buy and sell both new<br />construction as well as existing homes in the Anchorage and Eagle<br />River area.<br />Over these years, Todd has consistently shown that he is truly<br />able to help his clients and their families “Make the Best Move.”<br />He is available to work with you at anytime for your convenience.<br />On average Todd handles 25 residential real estate transactions<br />annually, providing a full range of Real Estate services.<br />Todd is a car enthusiast, he enjoys riding motorcycles, and flying<br />airplanes. As a volunteer search and rescue pilot with the Civil Air<br />Patrol since 1994, Todd has combined his passion for flying with<br />the desire to help his community by finding numerous missing and<br />overdue aircraft. He has been credited with saving 2 lives by the<br />Air Force Rescue Coordination Center. If real estate transactions<br />hit an obstacle like so many do, Todd knows how to save them<br />too!<br />Todd actively participates in the community in various way. In<br />addition to the Civil Air Patrol, he has sat on the supervisory board<br />for Northern Skies Federal Credit Union, belongs to the Porsche<br />Club of America and the American Legion, Todd has worked with<br />the Anchorage Literacy Project and goes to all the ACES home
