As an OT, I focus on the child and the family as part of the team therapy. Parents observe and are taught techniques to use at home. I focus on underlying sensory issues affecting behavior and independent skills. I believe all children need to learn written communication and I have a number of handwriting tools and computer programs to use as part of the training program. Groups are available for motor skills and social development. The ages range from 6 months through age 14.
