<p>Graduating from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, Tim Hill earned his Bachelors Degree in International Relations and chose to stay close to his roots, finding residence in his hometown of Boston. After several years battling in the heat of high-demand kitchens in fine dining restaurants in Nantucket and London, Tim chose to blend his loves for the service industry and real estate, by providing his customer relations expertise and clientele dedication to the Boston Real Estate Market at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty.Tim draws his service experience not only from his stint behind the stove, but also from twelve years of Outdoor Services work at the prestigious Nantucket Golf Club. Catering to the high demands of members, guests, and the resident club professionals, Tim has knowledge and experience from working at the highest level of service.Tim first took interest in fine properties at a young age. He was immensely intrigued by architecture and helped his mother design their family home. From there, Tim studied five years at the Fessenden School in West Newton and three years at the Holderness School in Plymouth, New Hampshire where he built friends and contacts from all over the United States and abroad.Eventually moving south to Florida, Tim enrolled at Rollins College. Focused on a newfound love for politics, sociology and communication studies, Tim sought to further his life experiences by participating in two semester long study abroad programs in London, England as well as in Madrid, Spain. Tim also played on the varsity lacrosse team and participated in Greek life on campus, joining the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity during his freshman year.Constantly striving to build an extensive list of connections, Tim incorporates his business endeavors with his personal passions including: running, hockey, lacrosse, golf, baseball, football, surfing, ceramics and several local charities.
