Tim Eppler was born and raised in Chatham. He attended Chatham High School and the Brooks School in North Andover graduating in 2005. Shortly after graduation he started a landscaping company which he later sold to his partner after realizing that real estate is his passion.<br/><br/>Tim joined John C. Ricotta & Associates in July of 2009 as a sales agent. This, however, is not his first association with the company. At a career fair while attending Chatham High School, Tim met Al Curt, another agent in our office, and was immediately impressed with the idea of real estate as a career. Soon after Tim interned at the agency and the rest is history.
