First it is client centered and compassionate. In my three decades of practice, I have been trained in a number of different theoretical frameworks and have a variety of intervention tools (techniques) to offer consumers. These range from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to EMDR (adaptive information processing) to Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I find that family systems framework is relevant to all of them. I honor my clients to the best of my ability and respect their preferences.
