An experienced hospitality industry executive, educator and entrepreneur, Broker Associate Tim Cole has a comprehensive background in operations, asset management and real estate development. His diverse career includes senior positions with two privately-held development companies, where he administered large resort communities anchored by upscale branded hotels and directed operations and pre-opening technical services for hospitality enterprises in the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. Tim also has significant management experience at the property level, including positions with hotels, country clubs, restaurants and a luxury club community. <br /><br />Tim first visited the Emerald Coast in the late 1980s and began purchasing vacation properties in the area in 2001. First licensed in Massachusetts as a real estate salesperson in 2002, he relocated to the Emerald Coast in 2010 as an entrepreneur and joined Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast in April of 2012. Tim particularly enjoys “the hunt” for properties and is very familiar with homes, condominiums and land in the South Walton area.<br />Tim is a graduate of the Johnson Graduate School of Management and the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. He currently serves on the board of directors for Crystal Village I Owners Association in Miramar Beach. Tim is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society, where he serves on the associate membership committee, and is also an elected trustee of the Cornell Hotel Society Foundation. He is an active member of Saint Rita Catholic Church in Santa Rosa Beach and the Emerald Coast Council of the Knights of Columbus.
