As a clinical psychologist, I believe that trust and rapport are essential for psychotherapy. Therapy is a collaborative process that I look forward to engaging in with my clients. Each client is unique with his or her own stressors and coping mechanisms and therefore, I utilize a variety of interventions such as CBT and brief solution-focused to help clients manage their problems and to meet their goals. I work with clients to identify their current strengths and enhance coping skills.
