My approach is wholistic , and stems from about 30 years of counseling practice, which includes private practice with individuals, and couples, work with drug and alcohol treatment programs, work with County mental health departments, Psychiatric hospital units, and work with the specialty Courts, mentally ill offenders, Psychiatric emergency units, work inside county jail. and outpatient County mental health clinic. I use family systems, communication theory, cognitive behavioral therapy.
