Thomas Wright has implemented many successful real estate and mortgage marketing strategies and ventures. Currently, Wright is a full time real estate agent in the state of Utah. In 2007, Wright was ranked the third largest producing agent (not team) at Prudential Utah Real Estate along the Wasatch front. <br /><br />Formerly, Wright was Senior Vice President of New Freedom Mortgage. His responsibilities included; generating leads for a call center of 100 loan officers, 45 customer service representatives and running an operations center of 65 employees. During his tenure at New Freedom Mortgage, Wright led initiatives that helped the company generate leads at record low expense while increasing call volume and lead conversion. <br /><br />In 2003, New Freedom Mortgage was ranked the fifth largest government lender in the United States. While with New Freedom, Wright was the co-author of a patent and a proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) system and business process that is now highly regarded in the mortgage industry and mimicked. <br /><br />Formerly, Wright was at Xvariant, a real estate marketing and technology conglomerate he founded in 2000. Two of the technologies were 360house.com/OBEO, a virtual tour company and LeadMAXX, a lead generation and lead management company he founded dedicated to helping brokers maximize the profitability of their Internet strategies by generating and distributing leads effectively and efficiently. Wright was the founder, past president and CEO of Xvariant, which was a publicly traded company on the United States Bulletin Board NASDAQ Exchange. Under his direction, the company achieved profitability in about 2 years and had significant revenues at the time of his resignation. He also shaped the company's strategic expansion by identifying new acquisition markets, which included national organizations such as BidTrac and OBEO.<br /><br />n 1999, Wright was named the vice president of marketing for Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, one of the leading multi-office Coldwell Banker affiliates in the country. Responsibilities included management of the marketing budget that included print advertising, newspaper advertising, and development of Internet marketing initiatives, publication of a monthly Buyer's Guide, marketing research, and competitive analysis. Wright has also been a national speaker in the real estate industry speaking to large and small groups about effective management of SOI, web site creation and management, search engine optimization, lead generation online and offline and how to leverage professional photography to find more buyers and sellers. <br /><br />Wright holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Russian and Marketing from the University of Utah, where he played on the Varsity Golf Team for four years.

A method for referring a real estate buyer from a referring real estate broker to a listing real estate broker through a collective listing organization. The method includes the step of storing a plurality of real estate listings from the listing real estate broker in a database managed by the collective listing organization. Another step is displaying the plurality of real estate listings from the database to the real estate buyer through a broker web site associated with each referring real estate broker. An additional step is recording a personal showing time entered by the real estate buyer viewing the plurality of real estate listings. A further step is sending the personal showing time to the listing real estate broker. Yet another step is paying the collective listing organization a commission when the real estate buyer purchases real estate based on the personal showing time from the listing real estate broker.

A system and method for embedding data transmission in a web page, enabling communication between a user and a representative includes requesting a web page which includes at least one nondisplay space object and at least one display space object which is configured to transmit data to and from a backend server without the necessity of refreshing the current page, redirection to another web page, or posting to another web page. The web page is rendered and includes at least one display space and at least one nondisplay space according to the display space object and the at least one nondisplay space object. The display space object may connect with the backend server to form a persistent communication channel to enable real-time communication, and/or it may transmit data through invisible HTTP/HTTPS requests, or both. A persistent communication channel may be initiated by the display space object, triggered by the end user, or initiated by the backend representative.

A method for referring a buyer from a referring marketer to a listing sales broker through a collective listing organization. The method includes the step of storing a plurality of sales listings from the listing sales broker in a database. Another step is displaying the plurality of sales listings from the database for a buyer through a computer network interface associated with each referring marketer. A further step is recording referral information entered into the computer network interface by the buyer who views the plurality of sales listings. The next step is transferring the referral information to the listing sales broker.
