I know first hand the immigrant experience having been born and partially raised in China as well as growing up in this country. I am also honored and humbled to work with many people from diverse API backgrounds who have shared their struggles and triumphs with me. I am always amazed at the resilience of the human spirit. My primary therapeutic orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I utilize other therapeutic approaches as deemed helpful to each individual or couple. I see the therapeutic relationship as collaborative and that each person, couple and situation is unique.
