I specialize in working collaboratively with the client to help heal past emotional wounds and trauma; to learn effective communication, relational skills, and coping skills; to develop improved self concept and self esteem; and to help strengthen sense of spirituality and connection his/her internal and external world. I use therapeutic tools such as: Expressive Therapy, EMDR and EFT, ACT Therapy, and Play.
