Tanya Marchiol is a professional business woman who has established a firm footing in the world of Real Estate and Investments. As the proprietor of Team Investments, she has created a niche in which to educate professional athletes and entrepreneurs on retirement and money management strategies. Tanya grew up in Denver, Colorado with a humble upbringing and a love for volleyball. This passion for the sport would afford her a full tuition scholarship to Indiana University succeeding a devotion to the sport at Cherry Creek High School. Her focus and dedication also rendered her the opportunity to play volleyball professionally overseas. For someone who never suffered an injury in her sport, she had an unfortunate experience of being injured while working as a cart girl trying to figure out her next play in the game of life. This setback offered the invaluable opportunity for Tanya to find her true passion which would afford her altruistic abilities, as well as, financial abundance. Having time to sit back and focus on now what was important to her, Tanya decided to involve herself in the real estate industry. Her niche was created through her experiences and she now decided to find other means of a prosperous life. After helping her neighbor, an ex-NFL player, purchase a house, Tanya saw great opportunity to start her own business in real estate. She vowed to not just locate humble abodes for those involved in sport, but to assist them with making educated investment decisions and securing a future of generational wealth. Tanya's desire to inform her clients of the many opportunities involved with real estate has afforded her the suitable occasion to work with Draft picks and Pro Athletes. Her endless dedication to her work has garnered honors such as the National Republican Congressional Committee Business Advisory Board Awards as Business Woman of the Year and the National Leadership Award that was presented by President Bush, and the Who's Who Award rendered by Cambridge Registry of Executives and Professionals as the 2006, 2007, and 2008 Entrepreneur representing the National Real Estate Investing Industry.Amongst all of her success Tanya has created for herself, she is in the process of writing a book called "The Prosperity Principals". A book to be based on her lifestyle concepts. This will be an extension of her dedication to teaching prosperity pointers to all of those interested. The driving force behind all she does is her belief that "If you hand someone a fish they eat for a day, but if you teach them to fish, they eat for a lifetime."
