There were no procedures or guidelines to follow or data to develop a protocol for the employees to follow. The policies and methodology were developed from the ground up. The three facilitators organized and implemented the programs and data collection procedures needed to provide precise, consistent information for the individualized population of the Mental Health Hospital within St. Ritas.
