He was the Director of Housing & Economic Development for Salt Lake City Corporation, and he was elected Mayor/City Administrator of the City of South Salt Lake, where he served for 16 years. During this period, he developed many innovative, award-winning housing and commercial properties. Jim has also served as the Associate Director of Housing for the University of Utah and as a consultant for the Trust for Public Lands & Utah Open Lands.<br /><br />Susan Davis<br />Susan is an experienced business professional, mother and is active in the community. She was the regional marketing manager of Sam’s Club for eight years. In 1985, she was named Young Mother of the Year for the State of Utah. Susan is uniquely qualified to represent families. The mother of eight children (2 sets of twins and one foster daughter), she understands the need for family space and quality neighborhood settings. She served for many years as leader in her church and the PTA. Currently, Susan volunteers at the Community Development Corporation of Utah teaching their “Home Buyer’s Education” course.<br /><br />Besides marketing and selling existing homes at all price levels in Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, West Jordan, Herriman, Murray, South Salt Lake, Taylorsville, Riverton, Cottonwood Heights, and Magna, as well as Davis County and Utah County. Jim and Susan work with local builders to develop and sell new homes each year.
