Dr. Jossan is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons who enjoys general Orthopaedics, fracture care, and specializes in upper extremity problems of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in pediatric, adolescent and adult patients. He completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Medical College of Virginia and a fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery from Yale University. He was certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 2002 and has been named a Washingtonian Magazine "Top Doctor" in 2005, 2008, and 2010 for Orthopaedic Surgery and Hand Surgery. In 2011, Dr Jossan was named Top Doctor in the USA by US News and World Report for Hand Surgery. He was honored by US News and World Report as one of 217 Top Hand Surgeons for the entire country, one of only two Hand Surgeons named in Virginia, and the only Hand Surgeon named in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Dr Jossan has also received added certification as a Hand Surgeon by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Jossan founded Prince William Orthopaedics, Hand Surgery, and Sports Medicine in 1999.
