Steve Boucher services Central MA with both a real estate brokers’ license and a certified residential appraiser’s license. Steve has been active in real estate sales since 1985 and has vast experience in all aspects of the profession serving sellers, buyer clients, leadership roles in the REALTOR organization and community as well as serving corporate clients in the REO markets. Steve has worked with listings and buyers though the years as a sole proprietor with great success using his customized consulting programs for each individual client’s needs. Having been licensed as a residential appraiser in 1999, Steve has worked out of his own appraisal office, HubAppraisal.com since 2005. Having the longevity of several decades out on the streets Steve is ready to assist new and old clients alike. When not working in real estate Steve likes to spend time with his family, working in the yard, camping, fishing, traveling and an occasional walk around a golf course.
