20 years full time real estate appraisal experience doing 1-4 family real estate appraisals in the North Shore of Massachusetts. I specialize in home appraisals for estate, divorce, pre-listing, and for home mortgage transactions, including Real Estate Owned (REO). I've had extensive home inspection training and have done appraisals for all the largest banks and many credit unions. Also, I have a very low (#2651) real estate appraiser license number, which was first issued in the early 1990's. And I have completed over 25 real estate appraisal courses. For many years I was on the Title V Inspector panel in Massachusetts. <br/><br/>I'm U. S. Navy (Retired), and I also worked as a realtor in the mid 1980's, while still in the Navy.
