I have been a licensed real estate broker on Martha's Vineyard since 1981. My experience covers all phases of real estate services including home sales, 1031 exchanges, land, investment, and commercial. I am proud of my reputation of having a highly ethical and professional approach to business. I feel that good old-fashioned service should never be substituted with technology. This service will, however, be better enhanced with my continued implementation of the modern world of technology.<br /><br />The Robinson family association with Martha's Vineyard has been on-going for seven generations, with the first member building a cottage on East Chop in Oak Bluffs in 1890.<br /><br />I presently live in the home I built in Meadow View Farms with my wife, Linda C. Zarro, a speech and language pathologist in the Oak Bluffs school and the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital/Windemere Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
